I want to leave a special thank you to Jerika at the front desk. After trying so many times to make an appointment, it became really difficult for me because I work and also take care of my baby, so finding the time is not easy. Jerika went above and beyond to help me, and she truly did her job with kindness, patience, and professionalism. She showed me that working in healthcare is not just about completing tasks, but about having passion and genuinely caring for people. Employees like her make such a big difference. Thank you, Jerika, for your help and for treating patients with so much compassion

Dr. Erika Yu is my favorite doctor so far. The West Park staff is so friendly and helpful. I recommend this office.

This place provides health capitalism, not healthcare. Been going there since maybe 2016 on and off whenever they accepted my ins. The current provider has been there for a few years now despite the high employee turnover. Built a great rapport with her when I had insurance...Im talking about gifts for the kids, telling me about personal struggles, crying and comforting each other, heart-felt hugs,etc. Now, she won't allow me to go on a payment plan or pay the discount price her clinic offers even though I experienced a layoff. She couldn't even be bothered to come out & talk to me... Wow...we weren't friends but I at least thought I was worth a brief conversation. If she was that busy,she would've just called me later like she's done in the past. Unfortunately, healthcare is really all about the money & not everyone is passionate about helping people. Whether I'm paying out of pocket or with ins, I'm going somewhere that values rapport & loyalty. I recommend Dr. Helen Valentine-Chukwu in Miramar & Dr. Andrew Rahaman in Hollywood if Valentine isn't available.

the staff at this location is trash went in there for a check up, cause I wasn't feeling well. prescribe me some pills and never did a follow up appointment. Never heard from anybody if I wasn't careful and taking care of myself who knows what would've happened to me and this is supposed to be a medical professional such a laughing stock. This facility is trash like -10 stars if I didn't do a follow up and book another appointment I would have never been seen. I don’t recommend you go there if you’re not feeling well no 1 should go to this place at all. I am waiting to change my doctor as soon as I get a couple of things I need taken care of. Bottom of the barrel trash

Great people, they care for you and they take they time to listen which is very important to me but they can’t manage their schedule. No insurance needed, they accept everybody even if you are illegal in the US. They speak English, Spanish, Creole and French. They even have an app now. But every time, I have to wait at least 1h to see my doctor. One hour is very long!
